Package Description:
A Serial Session of Simcenter STAR-CCM+: a single instance of a Simcenter STAR-CCM+ enables you to use one core at an authorized site. A session includes all pre- and post-processing functionalities, as well as the full range of multiphysics capabilities and may be run interactively or in batch on local or remote compute resources. GPU solving is available with Power Session Plus or Power on Demand.
Expand Your Session License
HPC Tokens: each token adds one CPU thread to a session. For example, a session license with 3 HPC Tokens runs on 4 threads and handles modest meshes (~4M cells) in 2–4 hours.
Power Tokens: each token also adds one CPU thread, and 10 tokens can instead open an additional session, so a single token pack can cover more cores or more users.
Add One: a second session identical to the base license, available to customers who already have a Session, Power Session or Power Session Plus license.
Upgrade options: for unlimited cores, see the Power Session license, or Power Session Plus for unlimited CPU or GPU cores. For occasional large runs, see Power on Demand.
